Our Guest Environment Experts are skilled in a wide range of housekeeping functions with responsibility for maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the entire hotel. They are empowered to move about their space and do what needs to be done, including delivering guest requests, stocking carts, cleaning rooms and public spaces, and performing other similar responsibilities. Guest Environment Experts ensure safe workplaces, follow company policies and procedures, maintain confidentiality, uphold quality standards, and maintain a professional uniform, personal appearance, and communications.

• Deliver guest requests and service inquiries.
• Stock and maintain housekeeping carts.
• Clean guest rooms and public areas to company standards.
• Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of hotel facilities.
• Ensure a safe work environment and comply with safety procedures.
• Follow company policies, confidentiality requirements, and quality standards.
• Maintain professional uniform, personal appearance, and communication standards.

• Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
• Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing 50 pounds or less without assistance.
• Perform all duties consistently and accurately, including other reasonable job duties as requested.
