This role sits at the intersection of operations, service excellence, and event storytelling. Reporting to the Hotel Manager and Cluster Director of Restaurants & Bars, you will be responsible for ensuring that every banquet, conference, meeting, social gathering, and special event is delivered with consistency, clarity, and excellence—regardless of scale or format.

Working closely with Restaurants & Bars leadership, Culinary, Sales, Events, and Hotel Operations teams, you will lead the end‑to‑end execution of all Conference & Banqueting activities, ensuring every detail is anticipated, coordinated, and flawlessly delivered.

• Strong coordination between Restaurants & Bars, Culinary, Events, and Operations teams

Reporting to the Hotel Manager and Cluster Director of Restaurants & Bars, the Banquet Manager leads all Conference & Banqueting operations at Kimpton Sevn Dubai.

Lead a high‑profile events operation within one of Dubai's most exciting luxury lifestyle hotel openings.
