The First Group Hospitality in Dubai is seeking a Telephone Operator responsible for managing the switchboard and assisting with guest requests. You will handle various inquiries, arrange wake-up calls, and ensure that all guest needs are met efficiently.
The ideal candidate should have at least 1+ years' experience in a similar role at a 4/5-star property, possess excellent English communication skills, and be able to work flexible hours in a team-oriented environment.
