Housekeeping Attendant

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors and public areas according to company standards.
• Change bed linens, replace towels and replenish guest amenities and supplies.
• Vacuum, sweep, mop and dust assigned areas regularly.
• Report maintenance issues, damaged items or safety hazards to supervisors promptly.
• Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are used safely and stored properly.
• Respond politely and professionally to guest requests and inquiries.
• Follow health, safety and hygiene regulations at all times.
• Assist with laundry duties and other housekeeping tasks as required.

• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Good physical stamina and ability to stand, bend, lift, and move for extended periods.
• Basic communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays and rotating shifts if needed.
