About the RoleWe are currently seeking a Waiter / Waitress to join our vibrant team at Radisson Dubai Damac Hills. Responsibilities- Supports the smooth running of the food and beverage department, ensuring all aspects of the guest food and beverage service experience are delivered to the highest levels.
- Works as part of a team that maximizes guest satisfaction and comfort, delivering a positive and timely response to guest enquiries.
- Takes responsibility for duties and tasks assigned to the role, ensuring all work is carried out in a timely and professional manner.
- Delivers on departmental plans and objectives where hotel initiatives and targets are achieved.
- Collaborates with immediate report, ensuring that costs and inventory are controlled and that productivity and performance levels are attained.
- Builds and maintains effective working relationships while promoting the company culture and values.
- Ensures adherence and compliance to all legislation, where due diligence requirements and best practice activities are planned, delivered and documented for internal and external audit, performing follow‑up as required.
- Fluent in both Turkish and English (spoken) is essential.
- Previous experience in a hotel, restaurant, or hospitality environment is preferred.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Well‑groomed with a professional appearance.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle busy service periods.
- Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Knowledge of Turkish‑speaking guests or familiarity with Turkish dining culture and hospitality standards is highly preferred.
