About the Role

We are currently seeking a Waiter / Waitress to join our vibrant team at Radisson Dubai Damac Hills. We value character, skills, talents, and a passion for creating memorable experiences. Your commitment to creating memorable moments for our guests makes you a valuable asset to the Food and Beverage team.

Responsibilities
  • Supports the smooth running of the food and beverage department, ensuring all aspects of the guest food and beverage service experience are delivered to the highest levels.
  • Works as part of a team that maximizes guest satisfaction and comfort, delivering a positive and timely response to guest enquiries.
  • Takes responsibility for duties and tasks assigned to the role, ensuring all work is carried out in a timely and professional manner.
  • Delivers on departmental plans and objectives where hotel initiatives and targets are achieved.
  • Collaborates with immediate report, ensuring that costs and inventory are controlled and that productivity and performance levels are attained.
  • Builds and maintains effective working relationships while promoting the company culture and values.
  • Ensures adherence and compliance to all legislation, where due diligence requirements and best practice activities are planned, delivered and documented for internal and external audit, performing follow‑up as required.
Qualifications
  • Fluent in both Turkish and English (spoken) is essential.
  • Previous experience in a hotel, restaurant, or hospitality environment is preferred.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Well‑groomed with a professional appearance.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle busy service periods.
  • Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Knowledge of Turkish‑speaking guests or familiarity with Turkish dining culture and hospitality standards is highly preferred.
