Assistant Outlet Manager - Mekong

• Ensure a professional and profitable operation within the framework of the hotel.
• Identify training needs and develop and deliver required training for department team members in collaboration with the Hotel Training Manager.
• Support the training of departmental trainers to continue improving hotel service levels and implement a daily departmental training program.
• Work with the Restaurant Manager to achieve departmental budget goals by maintaining profits through increased sales revenue and efficient cost expenditure.
• Accurately forecast business demands to ensure efficient staffing and food production.
• Be aware of and actively promote the Anantara Guest Incentive programs.
• Ensure efficient scheduling of Management and Team members and supervise the team member time‑control system.
• Train subordinate managers and supervisors in effective coaching, counseling, and progressive discipline processes.
• Maintain outlet safety and sanitation standards at all times.
• Manage outlet property and facilities, conducting regular preventative maintenance inspections.
• Promote positive inter‑departmental relations through candid communication and cooperation.
• Collaborate with the Banqueting Department to support requested functions.
• Lead by example with a hands‑on approach to motivate team members to excel.

• College diploma in Hotel Management or related field (e.g., LI-MH1).
• Previous experience in Food & Beverage/Restaurant/Outlet operations.
• Passion for leadership and teamwork.
• Eye for detail to achieve operational excellence.
• Excellent guest service skills.
