Reporting to the Hotel Manager and Cluster Director of Restaurants & Bars, you will be responsible for ensuring that every banquet, conference, meeting, social gathering, and special event is delivered with consistency, clarity, and excellence—regardless of scale or format.

Working closely with Restaurants & Bars leadership, Culinary, Sales, Events, and Hotel Operations teams, you will lead the end-to-end execution of all Conference & Banqueting activities, ensuring every detail is anticipated, coordinated, and flawlessly delivered.

In this role, you will support the Hotel Manager and Cluster Director of Restaurants & Bars by:

• Driving operational excellence across all Conference & Banqueting functions
• Ensuring seamless communication and collaboration between departments
• Maximizing event profitability through effective planning and resource management
• Delivering exceptional guest and client experiences across every event
• Supporting the positioning of Kimpton Sevn Dubai as a preferred destination for meetings, celebrations, and social occasions

• Oversee the planning and execution of all conference, banquet, and event operations
• Coordinate setup, service delivery, event flow, and breakdown with precision

• Build strong partnerships with clients, event organizers, and internal stakeholders
