At Inter Continental Residences Dubai Business Bay & Kimpton Sevn Dubai, we are seeking a Cluster Chief Steward to lead and elevate all stewarding operations across two distinctive luxury and lifestyle brands.

This role is designed for a highly organized, quality‑driven, and operationally disciplined leader who understands that behind every exceptional culinary experience lies flawless kitchen hygiene, efficiency, and support systems—ensuring every restaurant, bar, banquet, and in‑room dining experience is delivered to the highest standards of cleanliness and operational readiness.

This is more than a traditional stewarding role. The cluster combines the refined residential luxury of Inter Continental Residences Dubai Business Bay with the bold, lifestyle‑driven energy of Kimpton Sevn Dubai. Each property has unique culinary experiences, yet both demand absolute consistency in hygiene, kitchen operations support, and stewarding excellence.

You will define how back‑of‑house operations support the guest experience—ensuring every plate, glass, and service moment is backed by impeccable cleanliness, efficiency, and operational flow.

As Cluster Chief Steward, you will oversee all stewarding operations, ensuring kitchens, storage areas, dishwashing systems, and back‑of‑house spaces operate efficiently, safely, and in full compliance with brand and regulatory standards.

You will be responsible for enabling culinary and service teams to perform at their best by ensuring the right tools, cleanliness standards, and operational systems are always in place.

Be the Operational Backbone Behind Culinary Excellence

You will lead, train, and empower stewarding teams across both properties while working closely with Culinary, Restaurants & Bars, Engineering, and Hygiene teams.

From restaurant service support and banquet operations to kitchen sanitation, waste management, and equipment readiness, you will ensure every back‑of‑house operation supports seamless guest‑facing experiences.

    Ensure the highest standards of hygiene, sanitation, and kitchen operational support

    Recruit, train, and develop skilled stewarding professionals

    Ensure kitchens and service areas are fully equipped, clean, and operationally efficient

Reporting to the Cluster Director of Culinary, the Cluster Chief Steward will oversee all stewarding operations for Inter Continental Residences Dubai Business Bay and Kimpton Sevn Dubai.

Your Day-to-Day

No two days are the same; your responsibilities will span a range of operational and leadership activities, including but not limited to:

Stewarding Leadership & Standards
  • Develop and implement cluster‑wide stewarding SOPs and hygiene standards
  • Ensure compliance with HACCP, food safety, and local regulatory requirements
  • Conduct regular audits of kitchens, storage areas, and back‑of‑house spaces
  • Maintain cleanliness benchmarks aligned with brand standards
Operational Excellence
  • Oversee daily stewarding operations across restaurants, bars, banquets, and IRD
  • Ensure dishwashing systems, waste management, and cleaning schedules run efficiently
  • Monitor chemical usage, equipment maintenance, and inventory of stewarding supplies
