You will serve as both a transportation ambassador and a valued member of the Front Office team, supporting guest arrivals, departures, and daily transportation requirements.

From airport transfers and vehicle operations to luggage assistance and guest escorting, every interaction contributes to a seamless and memorable guest experience.

Reporting to the Assistant Front Office Manager / Director of Rooms, the Hotel Driver supports guest transportation requirements while assisting Bell Services operations to ensure smooth arrivals, departures, and guest movements throughout the property.

You will be responsible for operating company vehicles safely, assisting with guest luggage, supporting transportation logistics, and ensuring every guest interaction reflects the Inter Continental brand.

No two days are the same; your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Safely transport guests, residents, and colleagues as assigned
• Provide airport transfer and local transportation services when required
• Ensure vehicles are clean, presentable, and maintained to brand standards
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report maintenance concerns promptly

• Welcome guests warmly upon arrival and departure
• Assist with luggage handling, storage, and delivery to guestrooms or residences
• Escort guests to their rooms and provide basic property information when required
• Support smooth check-in and check-out experiences in collaboration with Front Office colleagues

• Assist Bell Attendants with luggage movement and guest requests
• Coordinate transportation schedules and guest logistics efficiently
