Outlet Supervisor – One&Only Royal Mirage Resort, Dubai

We are seeking an experienced Outlet Supervisor to join our Food & Beverage team at One&Only Royal Mirage Resort.

In this role you will report directly to the Assistant Lounge Manager and be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the outlet team, ensuring efficient service delivery, adherence to quality standards, and a consistently positive guest experience. You will plan, organize and direct all processes of the outlet to maintain service quality, align with standard operating procedures, and achieve maximum revenue and profit within budgetary constraints.

• Lead a team of staff members to deliver high‑quality food and beverage service.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, quality standards, and service excellence.
• Plan and coordinate outlet operations to achieve revenue and profit goals.
• Maintain a positive guest experience through effective team management.

Qualifications and experience:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in an upscale luxury hospitality environment or five‑star hotels.
• Strong ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English; additional language skills are a plus.
• Experience in the Middle East or GCC region is an advantage.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities in a food and beverage setting.
