Position Summary

First impressions are everything. When guests arrive at our hotels, we aim to create a memorable experience from start to finish. Guest Arrival Experts guide guests through their arrival and departure, ensuring each interaction feels welcoming and seamless.

• Deliver a wide range of services that guide guests through their arrival and departure experiences.
• Process operational needs, address guest requests, and complete required reports.
• Share highlights of the local area to enhance the guest experience.
• Maintain a safe workplace by following company policies and procedures.
• Protect company assets and uphold quality standards, including proper professional appearance and communication.
• Perform physical duties such as standing, sitting, walking for extended periods, and moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects up to 50 pounds without assistance, and objects above 75 pounds with assistance.
• Carry out additional reasonable job duties as requested to support guests and the business.

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
