We're recruiting a Restaurant Manager for one of our clients, a leading hospitality company based in Dubai, UAE.

About Our Client:

Our client is a well‑established hospitality group based in Dubai, UAE, known for delivering exceptional dining experiences and high standards of service. Operating within the vibrant F&B industry, the company specializes in creating welcoming environments that combine quality cuisine, excellent customer service, and memorable guest experiences. With a strong focus on operational excellence and growth, the organization continues to expand its presence in the competitive hospitality market across the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Complete operations management, including indoor and outdoor
    seating, service quality, and service facilities
  • Lead the HR team for training, performance appraisals,
    roster management, and disciplinary matters
  • Food and beverage quality control
  • Ensure compliance and licensing requirements are met in
    accordance with local authority regulations
  • Coordinate marketing and social media activities to promote
    the restaurant
  • Liaise with vendors and suppliers for fresh produce,
    beverages, and shisha, and maintain inventory
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for
    ownership
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Business
    Administration, or a related field (preferred)
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or
    Assistant Manager in a high-volume F&B establishment
  • Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Restaurant
    Manager in the UAE
  • Prior experience in Lebanese, Middle Eastern, or
    multi‑cuisine restaurant operations is an advantage
  • Experience managing 24-hour or late-night hospitality venues
    is preferred
  • Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent command of English;
    Arabic or other languages are
    an added advantage
  • Proficiency in POS systems, reservation platforms, and
    Microsoft Office
  • Sound knowledge of Dubai Municipality food safety
    regulations and UAE labor law
