Support Daily F&B Operations:
- Oversee and assist with daily operations in F&B service areas (restaurants, bars, and events).
- Ensure smooth coordination between kitchen, service staff, and management.
- Monitor food and beverage quality, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction by maintaining service standards and addressing guest concerns promptly.
- Train, supervise, and motivate the service team to deliver excellent customer service.
- Assist in managing the F&B staff, including scheduling, performance management, and training.
- Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork within the F&B department.
- Assist in managing inventory, ordering, and maintaining stock levels of food and beverage supplies.
- Ensure cost control measures are in place to minimize wastage and ensure efficient use of resources.
- Assist in coordinating and overseeing F&B arrangements for events, banquets, and special functions at the Emirates Golf Club.
- Work closely with the events team to ensure seamless execution of services.
- Support the management in meeting budget goals, controlling costs, and achieving revenue targets.
- Assist in preparing regular reports on operations, expenses, and sales trends.
- Ensure all F&B operations comply with local and international health and safety standards.
- Promote safe working practices and ensure staff adheres to hygiene and sanitation regulations.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in F&B management or similar roles, preferably in a luxury or high-end establishment
. - Strong knowledge of F&B operations, including service standards, inventory management, and cost control.
- Ability to manage and lead a team
, ensuring high morale and consistent service delivery. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
. - Flexibility and a positive attitude towards work in a dynamic environment.
- A background in events or banqueting services is an added advantage.
- Total Salary
: AED 16,000 (all-inclusive) - Meals while on duty.
