Support Daily F&B Operations:

  • Oversee and assist with daily operations in F&B service areas (restaurants, bars, and events).
  • Ensure smooth coordination between kitchen, service staff, and management.
  • Monitor food and beverage quality, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Guest Service Excellence:
  • Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction by maintaining service standards and addressing guest concerns promptly.
  • Train, supervise, and motivate the service team to deliver excellent customer service.
Team Leadership and Staff Management:
  • Assist in managing the F&B staff, including scheduling, performance management, and training.
  • Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork within the F&B department.
Inventory and Stock Control:
  • Assist in managing inventory, ordering, and maintaining stock levels of food and beverage supplies.
  • Ensure cost control measures are in place to minimize wastage and ensure efficient use of resources.
Event Coordination:
  • Assist in coordinating and overseeing F&B arrangements for events, banquets, and special functions at the Emirates Golf Club.
  • Work closely with the events team to ensure seamless execution of services.
Financial Management and Reporting:
  • Support the management in meeting budget goals, controlling costs, and achieving revenue targets.
  • Assist in preparing regular reports on operations, expenses, and sales trends.
Health & Safety Compliance:
  • Ensure all F&B operations comply with local and international health and safety standards.
  • Promote safe working practices and ensure staff adheres to hygiene and sanitation regulations.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in F&B management or similar roles, preferably in a luxury or high-end establishment
    .
  • Strong knowledge of F&B operations, including service standards, inventory management, and cost control.
  • Ability to manage and lead a team
    , ensuring high morale and consistent service delivery.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
    .
  • Flexibility and a positive attitude towards work in a dynamic environment.
  • A background in events or banqueting services is an added advantage.
