We would like to welcome you to join Inter Continental Dubai Marina Hotel & Residences as Laundry Supervisor In-charge.

Inter Continental Dubai Marina is a Five Star luxury hotel in the heart of Dubai Marina, featuring 328 rooms and residence suites, flexible event spaces, and a variety of restaurants & bars. With over 30 languages and countries represented by the staff, the hotel weaves together an international five-star presence.

Your role will include but not be limited to:

• Hands on position where maybe required to run the shift.
• Ordering of uniforms.
• Communicating directly with Commercial Laundry and Uniform supplier.
• Overseeing the uniform room.
• Valet pick up and return.
• Interact professionally with guest.
• Operate all machines in laundry with the highest of standards, including dry cleaning machine and sports removal.
• Proficient in identifying stains and removal.
• Be competent to run a shift alone when required.
• Receive laundry from the commercial laundry – counting involved in assisting with linen inventories.
• Supervise and coordinate all laundry operations, including washing, drying, pressing, folding, sorting, and distribution of linens, uniforms, and guest laundry.
• Prepare purchase requisitions and coordinate ordering of laundry supplies.
• Ensure all hotel linens, towels, uniforms, and guest garments are processed according to established luxury hotel standards.
• Monitor workflow to ensure timely completion of laundry requirements.
• Maintain proper inventory levels of linens, uniforms, and laundry supplies.
• Ensure accurate collection, tracking, and delivery of guest laundry within established service timelines.

Ideally, you'll have some or all the following qualifications and experience we're looking for:

• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in a supervisory or in-charge role within luxury hotel laundry operations.
• Strong knowledge of hotel operations and guest service standards.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills for reporting and documentation.
• English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Positive attitude, attention to detail, and genuine passion for hospitality.
