As a VVIP Cabin Crew member at Comlux, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service to our elite clientele aboard luxurious private jets. • Deliver unparalleled service to VVIP passengers, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout the flight.
• Prepare and present gourmet meals and beverages, catering to specific dietary preferences and requirements.
• Conduct pre-flight briefings with the flight crew to discuss passenger needs and preferences, ensuring a personalized experience.
• Maintain the highest standards of cabin cleanliness and organization, adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
• Manage in-flight entertainment systems and assist passengers with any technical issues that may arise.
• Provide discreet and attentive service, anticipating the needs of passengers and responding promptly to requests.
• Handle special requests and arrangements, such as ground transportation and accommodation, to enhance the overall travel experience.
• Collaborate with the flight crew to ensure a smooth and efficient operation, including safety checks and emergency procedures.
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs to stay updated on industry standards and service excellence.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with repeat clients, understanding their preferences to provide a tailored service on each flight.
• Act as a brand ambassador for Comlux, representing the company's values and commitment to excellence in all interactions.
• Address any issues or concerns that arise during the flight with professionalism and discretion, ensuring passenger satisfaction.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a cabin crew role, preferably with VVIP or private aviation experience.
• Valid cabin crew license and medical certification in accordance with aviation regulations.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Impeccable grooming and presentation standards, reflecting the luxury brand of Comlux.
• Flexibility to work irregular hours, including weekends and holidays, as flight schedules may vary.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team, while also demonstrating independence and initiative.
• A strong understanding of safety and emergency procedures relevant to private aviation.
• Experience in high-end hospitality or customer service roles is highly desirable.

• Previous experience working with high-profile clients or in luxury service environments.
• Knowledge of international travel regulations and customs procedures.
• Culinary training or experience in fine dining service.
• Familiarity with luxury brands and an understanding of the expectations of VVIP clientele.
• Certification in first aid or emergency response training.

• Proficient in using in-flight entertainment systems and other cabin technology.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing situations and passenger needs.
• Excellent time management skills to ensure timely service delivery.
• Familiarity with gourmet food and beverage service, including wine pairing.

• This position is based in Dubai, and candidates must be willing to relocate if not already residing in the area.
