We are seeking an experienced Head Hunter to join our dynamic team in the IT Services sector in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in talent acquisition, particularly in sourcing and engaging top-tier IT professionals. As a Head Hunter, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain high-quality talent.

You will play a pivotal role in enhancing our employer brand and ensuring a seamless recruitment process from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify and attract top IT talent.

Conduct thorough market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor hiring practices.

Engage with passive candidates through various channels, including social media, networking events, and industry conferences.

Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and tailor recruitment strategies accordingly.

Manage the full recruitment cycle, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the process.

Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) effectively to maintain organized records of candidates and recruitment activities.

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

Provide regular updates to management on recruitment metrics and progress towards hiring goals.

Foster relationships with industry professionals and organizations to enhance our recruitment efforts.

Preferred Candidate:

Proven experience as a Head Hunter or in a similar recruitment role within the IT sector.

Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies, enabling effective candidate assessment.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
