Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to manage and process payroll for all employees accurately and on time. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies, maintaining confidentiality and accuracy at all times.
Key Responsibilities- Process monthly payroll for all employees accurately and on time.
- Maintain payroll records, including leaves, absences, and deductions.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.
- Prepare reports for management, including salary analysis, allowances, and benefits.
- Coordinate with HR and finance teams regarding employee data and payroll issues.
- Handle queries from employees regarding payroll matters.
- Assist in audits and ensure all payroll documentation is up-to-date.
- Knowledge of UAE labor law, DIFC/ADGM regulations, and payroll practices.
- Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Proficient in payroll software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, ADP, or similar).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
