Salary: 85,000 – 92,000 AED per month

A leading organization in Dubai, recognized for its commitment to excellence and innovation, is seeking an accomplished Head of HR to join their executive leadership team. This is a high-impact role for a strategic HR leader who thrives in fast-paced, multinational environments.

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Lead all HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation & benefits, and learning & development.
• Partner with senior leadership to drive organizational culture, engagement, and change initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and best HR practices.
• Oversee HR operations for a diverse, multi-site workforce.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 10 years’ progressive HR experience, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record in developing and executing HR strategy within large, complex organizations.
• Strong understanding of UAE labor law and regional HR trends.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in managing HR transformation and change management programs.

The ability to influence senior stakeholders, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and maintain the highest standards of integrity and confidentiality is critical for success in this executive role.
