About the job HR Head - Cold Chain Logistics
Our long-term MNC client provides high-quality storage capacity and ancillary logistics solutions to support the movement of temperature-sensitive and perishable goods throughout the supply chain. With a growing footprint across the GCC cold chain sector, they support a diverse portfolio of clients across the FMCG and retail marketplace. They seek an experienced HR Head to lead the regional human capital agenda from their Dubai head office.
This is a pivotal leadership role with strategic oversight of all people and culture functions across multi‑site operations. As the business expands its regional service offering, the Head of HR will play a key role in workforce planning, organisational development, and leadership alignment. The role demands a commercially minded HR professional with strong exposure to logistics, operations, or industrial sectors.
Strategic HR Leadership- Drive the development and execution of the HR strategy aligned to business goals
- Advise the CEO and leadership team on organisation design and workforce planning
- Champion change management during periods of growth and operational expansion
- Oversee end‑to‑end talent acquisition for critical operations and leadership roles
- Embed performance management frameworks that drive accountability and development
- Lead succession planning and high‑potential talent programmes
- Foster a values-driven culture focused on safety, integrity, and service excellence
- Implement employee engagement initiatives to support retention and productivity
- Manage internal communication and leadership alignment across business units
- Ensure HR policies, procedures, and systems are compliant with UAE labour law
- Oversee payroll, employee records, and HRIS optimisation for scalability
- Manage industrial relations and employee grievance resolution where required
- Minimum 10 years of progressive HR leadership experience, ideally in logistics or supply chain
- Proven track record in building HR capabilities in growth‑phase or transformation environments
- Strong understanding of UAE labour law and regional employment practices
- Experience managing HR for distributed or multi‑site operational work forces
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field;
Master’s preferred - Excellent stakeholder management, influencing skills, and executive presence
- Fluent in English;
Arabic language skills an advantage
