This full-time role involves managing the Professional Development Review (PDR) process, conducting Compensation & Benefits analysis, and overseeing talent acquisition. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources and at least 5–7 years of HR experience, ideally in a supervisory role, with a strong understanding of UAE labour law.
