Business Development Manager - Abu Dhabi @ Cyberteam

Job Title:

Head of Inclusion. The role is school-based; must have minimum experience in education and a degree in Education.

Job Summary

The Head of Inclusion will lead the development and implementation of strategies, policies, and programs that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization. This role requires a strategic leader who can foster a culture of belonging, support underrepresented groups, and ensure that the organization’s practices align with DEI principles.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive DEI strategy aligned with the organization’s mission, vision, and values.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to integrate DEI principles into all aspects of the organization, including recruitment, retention, employee development, and organizational culture.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and report on the progress of DEI initiatives and adjust strategies as needed to meet organizational goals.
  • Create and enforce policies that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the workplace.
  • Lead the development of employee resource groups (ERGs) and provide guidance and support to these groups.
  • Design and implement training programs to educate employees on DEI topics such as unconscious bias, cultural competency, and inclusive leadership.
  • Serve as a resource and advocate for employees from underrepresented groups, ensuring they have the support needed to thrive in the organization.
  • Provide regular reports to senior leadership on the effectiveness of DEI initiatives and recommend areas for improvement.
  • Use data-driven insights to inform DEI strategies and measure their impact.
Qualifications
  • Education:

    Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Sociology, Psychology, or related field. Master’s degree is preferred.
  • Certification in Diversity and Inclusion (e.g., Cornell Certified Diversity Professional) is a plus.

Start date:

January 2026. Please only apply if you can relocate to the UAE. Salary will be discussed but is very attractive.
