You will play a key role in strengthening Edari’s internal hiring capability and delivering a seamless candidate experience to all our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Proactively source and attract high‑calibre talent using innovative sourcing methods.
- Screen, assess and manage candidate pipelines for internal and client‑facing roles.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure best practices across our ATS.
- Coordinate interviews, manage feedback loops and support onboarding.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Edari, representing our values with professionalism and integrity.
- 3+ years of experience of working on senior / director level roles.
- A people‑focused recruiter with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A fast learner who thrives in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
- Prior recruitment experience is an advantage (agency or in‑house).
- A proactive team player with a strong sense of ownership.
- Candidates must be based in the UAE
