As a Junior Recruitment Consultant
, you will be trained to operate as a market advisor, not a transactional recruiter.

You will learn how to:

• Engage and advise high-calibre lawyers
• Build trusted relationships with elite law firms
• Understand complex legal markets and hiring dynamics
• Develop a personal brand within the Zagros platform

This is a performance-based role suited to individuals who enjoy responsibility, accountability, and continuous development.

• Proactively engage with lawyers across UK, US and international markets
• Conduct structured, professional conversations with candidates and clients
• Build and maintain a high-quality network within the legal sector
• Advise candidates on career moves and market positioning
• Support live mandates and recruitment processes
• Maintain accurate market intelligence and CRM data
• Work towards clear weekly activity and performance targets
