This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant, with experience in the either the Technology or Finance sector to be a part of the founding team for TIG (The IN Group) Dubai. We have an entrepreneurial spirit where you will have the chance to build your own recruitment business within a business. You will be joining a high performing company where you will get the support and development to excel your recruitment career.

Ideally you will be located in and have a network within the UAE, although we can consider relocation for a UK based individual if they are proven in winning new business and building a market from scratch.

In this market, we plan to build a team of 10–12 FTEs focused on high‑impact areas including finance, technology and change recruitment, management consulting, and solution selling. We are committed to operating at the top of the market, delivering premium, high‑value recruitment solutions to businesses undergoing digital and cultural transformation.

You will be handing the entire candidate and client life cycle from initial contact to aftercare. Over all you will be focused on delivering timely, ongoing performance with energy, taking accountability for the right outcomes. This includes:

• Candidate identification and interviews
• Advising and feeding back to candidates
• Market mapping of specific candidate pools and head‑hunting from these
• Lead generation through relationship building
• Communicating with clarity, conviction and enthusiasm, supporting principles of fairness of opportunity for

This role is suited to a recruitment consultant who has experience in recruiting for accounting, finance or tax positions in the UAE and/or Saudi Arabia in a 360 recruitment role.

• Have experience in communicating with people in a professional setting
• Ideally you will have 3 years or more of recruitment experience, ideally within accounting, finance or tax position sector
• Driven and motivated to work in a fast paced environment
• You want to be a part of a high performing agency that is culture lead and values every single member of the team
• Have excellent communication and level of professionalism

You will begin your role with Investigo with full end to end recruitment training to develop on your already established knowledge. You will have the support of your team and our learning and development function. This includes:

• 121 training with your team and manager
• In person, bespoke training programmes to your desk and area you recruit into
• Online models to bolster your learning
