📢 Job Vacancy | Talent Acquisition Specialist
Roca Real Estate LLC seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist with medium-level experience to manage end-to-end recruitment for real estate roles.

- Currently based in Dubai (preferred)
- Manage full recruitment cycle for Real Estate Brokers, sales agents, and support roles
- Source candidates via Linked In, job portals, and networking
- Screen CVs, conduct interviews, and coordinate with management
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
- Ensure smooth onboarding process
- Maintain recruitment reports and hiring metrics
