HR Officer - Project Site Office

We are seeking a proactive and well-organized HR Officer to manage day-to-day HR and administrative activities at our project site office
. The role will support site management and ensure smooth HR operations, employee coordination, and compliance with company policies and local labor regulations.

• Handle HR operations at the project site including attendance, leave, and personnel records
• Coordinate mobilization and demobilization of site staff
• Support recruitment activities and onboarding for project-based employees
• Manage employee documentation, contracts, and site files
• Coordinate with Head Office HR on payroll inputs and employee data
• Ensure compliance with company HR policies and local labor laws
• Handle employee queries, grievances, and disciplinary documentation

• 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in construction or project-based environments
• Experience working at a project site office is highly preferred
• Knowledge of labor laws, employment contracts, and HR procedures
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems
• Ability to work independently inn

• Experience with manpower-heavy projects
• Knowledge of visa, labor card, and site mobilization processes
• Immediate availability is an advantage
