An exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing, international wellness & lifestyle brand at a pivotal stage of growth as their first dedicated People & HR hire. This highly impactful, hands‑on role will build the people function from the ground up, working closely with founders and senior leadership as the business scales across the UAE, UK and Europe.
The OpportunityYou’ll take full ownership of the HR function, shaping structure, culture and performance across the organisation. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in high‑growth environments, enjoys autonomy and wants to leave a lasting imprint on the business.
What you’ll be doing- Build and own the HR function end‑to‑end (policies, processes, frameworks)
- Design org structure, role clarity, KPIs and performance management frameworks
- Drive people productivity, accountability and team effectiveness
- Lead employee relations, conflict resolution and people matters
- Implement structured onboarding and offboarding processes
- Champion culture, engagement and employee experience
- Act as a trusted advisor to founders and senior leadership
- 8+ years’ experience in HR / People roles
- Ideal profile to come from a fast‑growing scale‑up
- Proven experience building or scaling HR functions from scratch
- Strong background in organisational design, performance management and employee relations
- Similar background (wellness, lifestyle, retail, consumer or brand‑led businesses)
- European exposure highly beneficial
