Head of Recruitment

One Investments is looking for an experienced Head of Recruitment to lead and scale our talent acquisition function as(Parser) we continue our growth journey.

This is a senior leadership role for someone who can build high‑performing recruitment teams, attract top‑tier talent, and partner closely with leadership to drive business success.

• Lead and oversee the end‑to‑end recruitment strategy across all business units
• Build, manage, and mentor a high‑performing recruitment team
• Partner with senior stakeholders to understand hiringpom needs and workforce planning
• Develop scalable recruitment processes, systems, and KPIs
• Drive employer branding and talent attraction initiatives
• Manage senior, executive, and high‑impact hires
• Ensure best practices, compliance, and market competitiveness in hiring

• Proven experience in aMetro senior recruitment leadership role (Head of Recruitment / TA Director or similar)
• Strong background in high‑volume and strategic hiring
• Experience recruiting senior and executive‑level talent
• Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills욕
• Data‑driven mindset with the ability to optimize recruitment performance
• Experience in fast‑growing or dynamic organizations is highly preferred
