Responsibilities
- Assist HR consultant with recruitment and with scheduling interview
- Assist in test corrections and assessments given to candidates
- Post-selection process – conduct reference check of new joiners
- Update employee records on HRMS
- Assist in coordination with department heads to schedule induction
- Assist for preparation of cash advance and liquidation for visa-related tasks
- Assist the HR team to prepare leave plan report
- Apply insurance for new joiners and cancellation for leavers
- Assist HR consultant on a day-to-day activity
- Must have SPONSORED or STUDENT VISA.
- Graduate in HR or related
- Proficient in English
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills required
- Strong writing, communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with various departments to finish necessary projects
- Confident and presentable
- Culturally aware and sensitive
- Flexibility to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
- Experience working with people of different backgrounds and a high level of cultural competency
- The ability to juggle and track multiple tasks and responsibilities
- Demonstrated commitment to the success of co-workers and to the organizational mission
