As part of our growing HR team in Dubai
, we are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to support our people operations. This hybrid role offers the perfect balance of in-office collaboration and remote flexibility. You will play an integral role in daily HR operations, employee engagement, and talent management initiatives that drive our business forward.

• Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.
• Maintain accurate and secure employee records and HR databases.
• Support onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
• Respond to employee queries related to HR policies, payroll, benefits, and procedures.
• Coordinate HR events, training sessions, and workshops.
• Prepareaise HR-related reports and ensure compliance with labor regulations.
• Assist with HR documentation and(init) process improvements.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of HR or administrative experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities. اطر
