Key Responsibilities
* Provide day-to-day HR support to store managers and employees across assigned locations.
* Oversee smooth execution of HR processes including onboarding, attendance, leave, and employee record management.
* Support store manpower planning and coordinate hiring needs with the Talent Acquisition team.
* Handle employee movements such as transfers, promotions, role changes, and exits.
* Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries, grievances, and disciplinary issues.
* Conduct regular store visits to maintain HR visibility and engagement.## Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* 8 years of HR experience, preferably in the retail sector.
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, multi-store environment.
* Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite.## Benefits
