The HR Executive supports the implementation of human resources policies and procedures in compliance with UAE Labour Law. The role involves general HR administration, employee lifecycle support, and coordination of statutory and operational HR activities including visa processing, health insurance, and payroll.
Key Responsibilities- Support day-to-day HR operations and general administrative activities.
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation in line with company policies and UAE Labour Law.
- Coordinate employee visa processes including applications, renewals, amendments, and cancellations through relevant authorities.
- Liaise with PROs, government portals, and external service providers for visa-related formalities.
- Coordinate employee health insurance enrolment, renewals, and updates with insurance providers.
- Maintain accurate employee records related to visas, insurance, contracts, and personal files.
- Support attendance, leave management, and payroll processing by coordinating inputs and records.
- Assist in preparation and verification of payroll data in accordance with approved attendance and company policies.
- Handle employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, visas, and insurance.
- Support disciplinary, performance management, and grievance processes as directed by management.
- Ensure confidentiality of employee information and compliance with internal policies.
- Carry out any other HR-related duties assigned by management from time to time.
- Mandatory HR Experience :
Minimum 5 years and above. - Previous HR experience in the UAE is preferred.
- Working knowledge of UAE Labour Law, MOHRE procedures, and HR practices.
- Familiarity with payroll coordination and statutory HR processes.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Professional discretion and confidentiality.
