We are looking for an HR and Talent Acquisition Manager based in Europe, with experience in hiring global teams.

What

this job involves:
  • Manage end-to end recruitment processes
  • Source, attract and headhunt candidates
  • Screen resumes and job applications to shortlist suitable candidates
  • Conduct initial screening interviews
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates, hiring managers and the wider team
  • Draft job descriptions and post roles on various platforms
  • Manage pipelines and maintain recruitment databases (Greenhouse)
  • Facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams throughout the process
  • Conduct reference checks
  • Negotiate offers including salary, benefits, and stock options
  • Maintain our ATS Greenhouse and local HR systems
  • Assist with onboarding and employee orientation.
  • Help with employee engagement and retention strategies.
  • Manage HR records and documents.
  • Provide support on HR policies and procedures.

To apply , you need to be / have:
  • 5+ years of experience in Recruitment and HR
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Familiarity working with ATS
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • High level of professionalism, ethics, and confidentiality
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of labour laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring
