Job Requirements
  • Language

    Skills:

    Fluent in Chinese
  • Experience:

    Minimum 2 years of real estate experience is preferred
  • Team recruitment and building, proficient in commonly used recruitment channels in Dubai
  • Ability to source suitable candidates through multiple channels
  • Experience in building overseas teams from scratch is preferred
  • Assist leadership with training, performance management, compensation, and labor relations
