• HR Operations Systems & Data Management
• Maintain and regularly update organizational charts and ensure Workday data accuracy
• Support updates in HR and talent platforms, ensuring data accuracy across processes
• Learn the logic and workflow of core HR systems (e.g., Workday)
• Formalize CD HR Onboarding Plan
• Track and maintain data related operational requests and assist with systems updates
• Learning & Development
• Assist in organizing activities to implement the signed off capability plan
• Communicate required learning actions to employees and interns
• Talent Management Support
• Assist in talent management projects, data collection, and analyses on organizational effectiveness

• Undergraduate Degree
• Strong organizational and administrative skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to handle confidential information appropriately
• Analytical mindset with willingness to learn tools
• Previous HR experience will be an added advantage
