Overview
We are looking for a Human Resources Coordinator to join our team at a pre-opening hotel in one of Deira’s key locations. This role will support the HR department in daily operations, ensuring smooth coordination of recruitment, onboarding, and colleague-related activities.
Responsibilities- Support recruitment activities including job postings, candidate coordination, and interview scheduling.
- Coordinate onboarding and joining formalities for new colleagues.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, both digital and physical.
- Respond to colleague inquiries related to HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Assist in benefits administration and HR documentation.
- Coordinate training sessions and HR programs, including logistics and scheduling.
- Support employee relations matters as directed by the Head of HR.
- Prepare HR communications, notices, and internal announcements.
- Assist in preparing HR reports, data tracking, and basic analysis.
- Support the organization of staff events and HR activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, as well as health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Previous experience in an HR coordination or administrative role, preferably in hospitality or pre-opening hotels.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Good attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
