- Trackhiringmetricsincludingtime-to-hire,time-to-filland sourceofhire.
- Designs,distributesandmeasurestheresultsof candidateexperiencesurveys.
- Trainsandadvisehiringmanagersoninterviewingtechniquesandassessmentmethods.
- Followupwithcandidatesthroughoutthehiringprocess.
- Proactivelybuildandmaintainarobusttalentpipeline,identifyingandnurturingrelationshipswithpotentialfuturehires.
- Takes Health,Safety&Environment(HSE) leadinensuring“safesystemsofwork”and“safeconditions”areinplacewithinareasofresponsibility.
