Betterhomes is the UAE’s leading real estate brokerage and we are looking for a driven Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic internal recruitment team in Dubai.

In this role, you’ll play a key part in growing our sales, leasing and primary teams across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Sharjah
, hiring both experienced real estate agents and motivated individuals ready to start their career in property
.

• Sourcing and attracting top talent through Linked In, job portals, and networking
• Conducting interviews and assessing candidates for both experienced and entry-level roles
• Building strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates alike
• Managing the recruitment process from first contact to offer stage
• Promoting Betterhomes’ unique culture and career opportunities
• Working with hiring managers to fill salaried positions

• Recruitment experience (in-house or agency)
  OR sales experience in real estate or a similar high-performance environment
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Target-driven mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• A genuine passion for helping people succeed in their careers
