Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai for a Recruitment Executive. The Recruitment Executive will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. Key tasks include building relationships with candidates, identifying talent suitable for various roles, coordinating with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, and maintaining recruiting metrics. The Recruitment Executive will also contribute to developing strategies for attracting and retaining top talent, ensuring a seamless hiring experience.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in talent sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
  • Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers
  • Experience in onboarding processes and recruitment strategy development
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
  • Understanding of the real estate industry is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
