Responsibilities:

• Manage all HR procedures and policies within the organization
• Identify the company's hiring needs and oversee the full recruitment process, including advertising job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and performing background checks
• Administer employee compensation and benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and data in the HRIS system
• Develop and implement effective onboarding and training programs for new hires
• Provide support and guidance to employees on HR-related policies, procedures, and issues
• Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations
• Assist in the development and management of HR programs and initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
• Minimum of
  -5 years of experience in a human resources role
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, practices, and labor laws
• Proficiency in HRIS and applicant tracking systems
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
