Job SummaryGulf Workforce is seeking a motivated and experienced Recruiter with a minimum of 2 years experience specializing in blue collar recruitment. The ideal candidate will be skilled in sourcing screening and hiring for a variety of blue collar roles across multiple industries. As a recruiter at Gulf Workforce youll manage the recruitment process endtoend build strong talent pipelines and ensure a seamless hiring experience for both candidates and clients.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for blue collar positions including sourcing screening interviewing and onboarding.
- Utilize multiple recruitment channels such as job boards social media networks and referrals to attract qualified blue collar candidates.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to clearly understand job requirements expectations and hiring needs.
- Screen resumes and applications conduct initial interviews and assess candidates skills and suitability for various roles.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients efficiently.
- Maintain an organized uptodate database of candidate profiles and recruitment progress.
- Assist candidates through onboarding documentation and other preemployment requirements.
- Meet recruitment targets and deadlines while ensuring the placement of high quality candidates.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in blue collar recruitment preferably in the Gulf region.
- Strong understanding of blue collar workforce needs and the specific requirements of these roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates and clients.
- Familiarity with recruitment software and tools as well as proficiency in MS Office.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines and hiring targets.
