Responsibilities

  • Announcing job vacancies through approved recruitment channels, adhering to the terms, conditions, and job requirements.
  • Screening and reviewing candidate CVs, preparing a shortlist of candidates, and submitting it to the direct supervisor.
  • Conducting job interviews for all positions and comparing the required skills with the candidates' qualifications to determine their suitability for the role.
  • Coordinating with unit managers regarding the dates and type of required specialized tests.
  • Implementing all hiring procedures, conducting security checks, and verifying the background of all candidates, in accordance with the laws and policies of the Government of Dubai.
  • Reviewing appointment documents and ensuring their compliance with approved procedures.
  • Analyzing and studying the organizational unit's needs for newly created positions and aligning them with the strategic plan and institutional performance indicators.
  • Preparing employment contracts for candidates for special contracts and administrative positions.
  • Conducting termination interviews for judicial and administrative staff, identifying reasons for leaving service, and developing appropriate solutions.
  • Reviewing and analyzing employee turnover reports and providing suitable recommendations.
  • Analyzing feedback from new employee follow-up forms and developing necessary development programs.
  • Studying recruitment procedures offered by similar entities and developing the systems used within the department.
  • Incorporating information security awareness into new employee orientation programs.
  • Implementing information security controls during the recruitment process, throughout employee service, and upon termination.
  • Qualifications
    • Bachelor degree in Human Resources
    • At least 2 years of practical experience in requruiting field, preferably with a government institution.
    • Interviewing , Selecting and Hiring skills.
    • Familiarity with GRP system
