Senior Manager Talent Acquisition | Dubai | 8 to10 Yrs Exp.

Client: Leading State-Owned Conglomerate

Reporting Line: Director Talent Acquisition

Experience: 8 to10+ years

Are you a strategic talent leader ready to make a high-impact move? Our client a major state-owned group headquartered in Dubai is seeking a Senior Manager Talent Acquisition to drive group-wide hiring strategy and lead end-to-end recruitment for critical business units across diverse sectors.

Job Duties:

  • Lead and evolve the talent acquisition function across business verticals.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to shape workforce planning and talent pipelines.
  • Manage employer branding initiatives and digital sourcing strategies.
  • Drive a data-driven, high-performance hiring culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for mid to senior-level positions across the group.
  • Design and implement scalable TA strategies aligned with future growth.
  • Build strong relationships with business heads and HRBPs to anticipate needs.
  • Optimize sourcing channels, tools, and vendor relationships.
  • Manage and mentor a high-performing TA team.

What We're Looking For:

  • 8 to10+ years of solid experience in talent acquisition, preferably in large groups or government entities.
  • Proven leadership in building scalable TA systems and teams.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE/local hiring laws and talent market.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and executive presence.
  • Experience in employer branding, recruitment tech, and diversity hiring is a plus.
