Overview
Our client, an established bank, is recruiting for an experienced Organizational Development Manager for their offices based in Sharjah.
This position is for a highly experienced individual holding a strong background in both strategic and hands-on organisational development solutions. Working alongside the department head you will be part of the team responsible for building the learning capabilities across the group.
A minimum of 5 years related experience in organizational development and / or Training and Skill set.
You will need to be well qualified and possess a Bachelor degree in Human Resources management, preferably in HR Development, Organisational Psychology, Organisational Development or equivalent.
Clear communication skills are necessary, with fluency in Arabic an added advantage.
A very attractive salary package up to 25,000 AED is offered with the opportunity for further growth and development.
A thorough understanding of the process/methodology of :
- Support org. planning including responsibilities of Job descriptions
- Learning & Development – knowledge of Needs Analysis / evaluation of potential solutions/implementing selected solution/coaching & counseling/measurement of ROI etc.
- Creates and implements development programs that connect employees to the business
- Identify and suggest to HOD – organization effectiveness interventions
- Assist HOD in areas of leadership development, team development and change management
- Manage the process of succession planning, key employee retention design, workforce management and development
- Knowledge and experience of design and implementation of Competency framework
- Knowledge and interpretation of assessments
- Knowledge of HAY JE methodology
