This role will focus on recruiting sales, business development, and senior commercial positions across the Middle East, Africa, and Europe
. Experience covering KSA, Iraq, and West/Central Africa is a strong advantage.
- Source and attract top commercial talent for distribution and retail roles
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
, from sourcing through to offer negotiation - Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and deliver high-quality candidates
- Utilise a range of sourcing strategies to identify talent across multiple countries
- Ensure a professional and seamless candidate experience
- Proven experience recruiting commercial roles
, including senior positions - Background in distribution and/or retail environments
