As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in the development of new and existing business relationships within the Offshore Drilling sector. Your responsibilities will include identifying and placing candidates in key roles such as Drilling Supervisors, Drillers, Assistant Drillers, Drilling Engineers, and AB Roustabouts on international projects involving Drill Ships, Oil Rigs, Barges, OSV/Offshore Support Vessels, and more.

• Develop and nurture strong client relationships within the Offshore Drilling sector.
• Source and match top‑tier talent with high‑profile projects.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients and candidates, providing industry insights and guidance.
• Contribute to the growth and success of our Dubai, UAE office.

• Competitive base salary up to £60,000 (dependent on experience).
• Uncapped commission structure with 20% commission on all billings.
