The Talent Acquisition Executive is responsible for the efficient sourcing, selection, and onboarding of high caliber candidates within their specific divisions adhering to the preferred specifications set out by the business. The Talent Acquisition Executive will function as junior level recruiter and will be handling 1 specific division within their respective BU.

Recruitment Process
- Review the approved Al Tayer Insignia budget with the HRBP and drive the hiring process according.
- Adhere to the Al Tayer Insignia approved salaries and benefits grid set for each position.
- Determine sourcing strategies to reach the widest pool of applicants possible.
- Advertise vacancies using Taleo and approved external resources. (Social media channels and other platforms).
- Conduct pre-screening, short listing and selecting of potential applicants.
- Carry out interview process as per Al Tayer Group interview and selection policy and procedures.
- Co-ordinate and manage the post interview feedback with department hiring manager.
- Conduct reference checks on all suitable candidates in compliance with company policy.
- Co-ordinate selection tests and assessments with departmental hiring manager.
- Manage mass hiring recruitment events when required.
- Ensure policies are followed and the correct procedure is followed to seek approvals and any exceptions required.
- Ensure only the approved communication templates are being used for candidate interaction.
- Regular meetings with Division heads and HRBP’s to review hiring forecasts, expected new openings, new joiners, critical role pipelines and always take a consultative approach to the business.
- Ensure you support the Onboarding Administrators with ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for all candidates.
- Build a strong working relationship with HRSS.
- Candidate Management.
- Effectively communicate with all candidates making sure all unsuccessful candidates are informed once the position is closed.
- Build strong professional relationships with potential candidates in the market.
- Actively engage in sourcing industry professionals to build a talent pipeline, for the high turn-over, specialist and critical roles.
- Ensure Job Description s are provided to candidates prior to interviewing with the Hiring Managers.
Reporting
- Ensure the accurate reporting of your approved budgeted positions and recruitment trackers.
- Ensure your divisions and stakeholders are kept up to date with approved and reject positions and candidates.
- Keep up to date with expected store openings, closures, and customer demographics to align with hiring and candidate diversity.
- Always ensure the Applicant Tracking System (Taleo) is kept updated.
- Use metrics to create reports and identify area of improvement in sourcing strategies.
- Always capture the competitor market salary rates from candidates for competitor intel.
Training
- Meet with new Hiring Managers to ensure they are aware of the recruitment process.
- Ensure you are proactive with your own development and have a full understanding of Al Tayer Insignia brands.
- Keep up to date with U.A.E labor legislation relevant to recruitment and selecting and keep the teams notified on finding.
Education/Certification and Continued Education
- Preferably a Graduate in the field of Human Resources.
Years of Experience
- 2 years’ experience in a similar in-house recruitment role.
- Experience in high-volume hiring and onboarding, as well as hiring for blue-collar roles
Knowledge and Skills
- Experience recruiting or sourcing in a retail, hospitality or a customer facing industries.
- Experience in a fast paced, high volume hiring environment.
- Proficient in MS Office. Exposure to HR software solutions would be an advantage.
- Working experience of Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
Languages
- Excellent communication and fluency in English and Hindi required
