We are seeking a highly experienced and reliable Public Relations Officer (PRO) to manage all government‑related procedures across a diversified group of companies based in Dubai. The ideal candidate must have excellent hands‑on experience with MOHRE, GDRFA, ICP, DED, Tas‑heel, Amer, and other UAE government portals. This role requires someone proactive and capable of managing multiple tasks for different business entities simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and process employee‑related documentation (visa applications, labor contracts, Emirates IDs, medicals, etc.) for multiple entities under the group.
  • Handle employment and residency visa applications, renewals, and cancellations through MOHRE and GDRFA for all group companies.
  • Ensure timely renewals and amendments of trade licenses and company documents via DED and relevant authorities.
  • Coordinate with Dubai Municipality, Chamber of Commerce, MOFA, ICP, and other government departments for various company requirements.
  • Support with company formation, license modifications, legal documentation, and related services across multiple business units.
  • Manage tasks related to Tas‑heel, Amer, and other legal/governmental procedures efficiently.
  • Maintain a centralized record and tracking system for all company and employee government documents and ensure compliance with UAE regulations.
  • Stay up‑to‑date on any changes in UAE labor laws, immigration policies, and regulatory updates.
  • Coordinate with the internal HR and Admin teams to provide full PRO support across the group.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a PRO role within the UAE, preferably in a multi‑entity or group company structure.
  • Graduate with strong practical knowledge of all UAE government portals and legal procedures.
  • Proficient in UAE Labor Law, GDRFA, DED regulations, company licensing, and visa‑related processes.
  • Capable of handling fieldwork and urgent document processing across different government departments.
  • Excellent time management, record keeping, and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work for several companies under the group.
  • Must be able to work independently and handle responsibilities without close supervision.
  • UAE driving license is a plus.

  • Currently residing in the UAE.
  • Energetic, dependable, and solution‑oriented.
  • Strong coordination skills with a sense of urgency and professionalism.
