Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement organizational development strategies to enhance company culture, leadership effectiveness, and employee engagement.
  • Lead initiatives for talent management, succession planning, change management, and leadership development.
  • Design, implement, and oversee competitive C&B programs that attract, motivate, and retain top talent in the EPC engineering sector.
  • Develop and maintain salary structures, incentive schemes, and benefits packages aligned with industry standards and organizational goals.
  • Lead and mentor HR Business Partners to ensure effective delivery of HR services across departments.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to identify HR needs and develop strategies to address organizational challenges.
  • Drive HR analytics and insights to support decision-making related to workforce planning and development.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and industry regulations regarding HR policies and practices.
  • Promote a high-performance culture by integrating OD and C&B strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field;
    Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in OD and C&B roles, preferably within EPC or engineering sectors.
  • Proven experience in leading HR teams and managing HR functions at a senior level.
  • Strong understanding of the Dubai/UAE labor market, employment laws, and industry standards.
  • Excellent strategic thinking, leadership, and influencing skills.
  • Proven ability to design and implement OD and C&B programs that support business growth.
  • Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in HRIS and data-driven decision-making.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
