Position: Technology Recruitment Consultant (360)

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Technology Recruitment Consultant to join our small, high-performing MENA team. This is a pivotal role for someone passionate about the intersection of cutting-edge technology and the unique, fast-paced talent landscape of the Middle East. You will be responsible for the full 360-degree recruitment cycle, acting as a true consultant to both elite candidates and blue-chip clients, shaping the tech ecosystems of the future.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a strategic talent advisor to CTOs, Heads of Digital, and HR Directors across the GCC
  • Proactively generate new business through networking, referrals, and targeted outreach within the Middle Eastern tech community
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior-level technology roles (e.g., Software Engineers, Dev Ops Architects, Data Scientists, Product Managers, Tech Leads).
  • Work with your dedicated researcher to find the best talent, utilise advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean, Linked In Recruiter) to build a robust pipeline of passive and active candidates across the MENA region and globally
  • Conduct in-depth competency-based interviews, assess technical skills (in collaboration with technical assessors), and evaluate cultural fit for both international and local (nationalization) talent requirements
  • Guide candidates through the entire process, offering market insights, interview coaching, and negotiation support
  • Become a subject matter expert on technology talent trends, salary benchmarks, and visa/relocation logistics within the Middle East
Qualification / Experience
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in 360-degree recruitment, with a proven track record in technology recruitment with a focus on developing new clients
  • Must have direct experience placing candidates in the Middle East market (GCC focus). Understanding of KSA's market is a significant advantage
  • Demonstrable success in business development and managing key client relationships.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Resilience, self-motivation, and a strong desire to succeed in a target-driven, commission-based environment
